Thank you for being here. 

Whether you come to me for a ceremony, to get unstuck, or to finally feel at home in how you present yourself to the world, what we're really doing is the same thing: helping you feel more fully, authentically you.


That thread of inner and outer transformation runs through everything I do. It started, as the best things often do, with a crisis.  I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. And while that was one of the hardest things I've ever faced (and the divorce + menopause that followed a year after), it was also the thing that cracked me open to what I actually wanted my life to look like, and to the work I was here to do.


Out of that came a deep fascination with death, dying, endings and new beginnings and a hunger to be useful to people navigating the big stuff. I trained as a Death Doula, studied Rituals, Rites and Ceremonies, and in 2024 became a qualified celebrant, able to officiate everything from funerals and living wakes to weddings (including legal marriages in Scotland), divorce ceremonies, and whatever milestone deserves marking.


I believe ceremony and ritual are gateways to acceptance, to legacy, to locking a moment into memory. They bring community together. They give us permission to feel. I pour that belief into every ceremony I write and lead, and I work hard to make you feel seen, heard, and genuinely important to me. Because you are.


But my cancer journey also sent me deeper into healing — energy healing, embodiment + kundalini, reiki, the woo woo - tools I'd quietly been drawn to for years. I realised how much of feeling stuck lives in the body, not just the mind. And how much of transformation is about releasing what you've been carrying, not just thinking your way to a plan.


So I became a guide for the whole person. Through 1:1 coaching, energy healing, embodiment, and personal styling, I help people edit the life they've outgrown and step into the one they actually want — inside and out. Ceremony and ritual are woven through all of it: to mark progress, honour endings, and celebrate what's becoming.


I ran a boutique for five years and have been a personal stylist since it closed in 2018. I know firsthand what it feels like to finally wear something that's you, that lights up your face and shifts how you carry yourself. That's not vanity. That's alignment. Outer confidence feeds inner confidence, and vice versa.


So wherever you're starting — a ceremony you want done with real heart, a life that needs a shake-up, or a wardrobe that needs to catch up with who you're becoming, I've got you.


There will probably be tears. There'll definitely be laughter. And we'll get you there.

Celebrant Training

Completed Wedding & Funeral Celebrant training with Sacred Heart Sanctuary in December 2023


International College of Professional Celebrants

Member of the International College of Professional Celebrants. 

Supports my Continued Professional Development.


Public Liability Insurance

Fully insured to conduct ceremonies and deliver classes and  1 to 1 services.


The Funeral Celebrant Accord

I have adopted the Funeral Celebrant Accord into my work.


End of Life Doula

Completed End of Life Doula training delivered by Sacred Circle in April 2021.


Ritual, Rites & Ceremony

Completed a course learning about rituals, rites and ceremony delivered by Sacred Circle in march 2021.


Life Coaching

Level 1 Life Coaching Certificate from the School of Natural Health Sciences.

This training helps me support families and clients dealing with change, grief and crossing life's thresholds.


Human Design

Attained certification in "Human Design Theory through the lens of holistic wellbeing with trauma informed practice including deconditioning, embodiment and polyvagal theory" from Space & Freedom.  This supports me personally and my clients.  Please reach out if you would like to learn more or have a reading.


Embodied Facilitator

Achieved Embodied Facilitator Teacher Training Certification Level 1 from Space & Freedom.  I teach embodiment practices to connect to the self.  This is a great way to ground and deal with change, grief or life's ups and downs.  Email me if you'd like more information.


Kundalini Teacher in Training

I love kundalini and embodiment so much that I'm undergoing a 200hr teacher training programme to become an accredited Kundalini Yoga teacher.  Expected to graduate in the Summer of 2026.


Playing Big Facilitator

I have completed the Playing Big Facilitator's Training with Tara Mohr.

The skills learned on this training help me support families and clients dealing with change, grief and crossing life's thresholds.


Reiki Practitioner

Completed Level II Reiki Practitioner training in June 2025.

Completed Spirit-Led Reiki Practitioner training in April 2026.

Reiki helps to create safe spaces for my clients and families.  It can also be given separately as a standalone healing treatment for individuals or groups on request.


Tarot & Oracle Reading

Completed a Tarot Reading course in 2024.

Tarot and Oracle cards are a tool that can provide comfort, encourage self-enquiry or reflection, or invite alternative perspectives to a situation.  I find them helpful tools to encourage conversation or discussion with a person who is stuck, at a crossroad or seeking a way to engage their intuition.    I am always happy to include a tarot or oracle reading in my work if asked.


Netball Coach

I am a UKCC Level 2 qualified Netball Coach and have a Netball Europe Game-Based Certificate as well.  I'm also a B Grade Umpire.
